Customising prices

With Photofrog you can preload one or multiple sets of prices to reuse for all the events that you do. In fact, when you created your account we already preloaded a set of pricing for you to get started. You can keep the pricing or tweak as you like.

Licenses

Licensing is the cornerstone of pricing. We provide 4 different types of personal use licenses to suit every need: Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large. Each license can be priced differently to suit every pocket and purpose. The amount shoppers pay will be based on the license they select during checkout.

You are able to change pricing at any time. The licensing tool allows you to set your pricing and calculate how much you'll get in your pocket.

More than one set of pricing

Pricing is set per event. By creating multiple license profiles you are able to offer different pricing depending on the event. Simply select an appropriate license profile from the list when creating an event.

Size availability

A price also serves as a control over the sizes that are available to shoppers. In order to exclude a certain size, you can simply disable it on the licensing tool. (Note that the 2nd requirement for a license to be available is sufficient pixels in the image being purchased.)
