If you are planning to cover a matric dance, school play, prize giving, sports day or any other school related event, we have some tips to help you offer a great service to parents.
1. Create the event early
Create the event in the Store Admin a week or two early. This allows your storefront to start acquiring followers before the photos are ready. Followers are visitors that register to be notified when an event is ready for ordering.
2. Close ordering
Set the status of the event to: "closed for ordering". This will ensure that the follower registration page is up even while photo uploading is in progress. Only open ordering once all of the photos have been uploaded. This prevents visitors leaving because they could not the photos they were looking for. Find out more
3. Set a public notice
