Having organised photos is a great way to improve the customer experience. Ultimately, helping visitors find their images quickly leads to more sales. Below are the most important tools Photo Frog provides for helping you organise images...
As the name suggests, this is a container representing the whole event. The name should be descriptive enough for customers to identify. For annual events, be sure to include the year in the name, i.e. Cape Town Marathon 2017.
Albums provide a way to divide an event into various parts. For instance, an event may have an opening ceremony, the race, podium ceremony, gala dinner and prize giving. Those can all be created as albums under the event, and will help customers go look for their photos in the right place.
For timed events where race or bib numbers are visible on the photos, you can offer race number searching. This is a tremendous help for customers to find their photos very quickly. See Automatically identify race numbers in images for more info.
