Sometimes participants of an event forget to order photos or didn't know they were available in the first place. Photo Frog makes it easy to remind/inform participants of the photos that are available for ordering.
Where to find it
You'll find this feature next to the "Ordering Status" setting dropdown when viewing the event settings on the store admin.
Getting a list
In order to make use of this feature, you will need a list of people that participated in an event. This list needs to include email addresses. By working closely with the organisers, they might be able to give you a list of participants, students, etc.
Sending out notifications
Once you are ready to accept orders and the event is open for ordering, you can go ahead and send out the notification to all followers.
If the list was provided as a spreadsheet, you're set for the next step. If not, you'll need to find a way to convert into a spreadsheet format.
Next, you can go ahead and upload the spreadsheet. You can do this as early as you want. No notification will be sent at out this stage.
The import facility will ask you to specify the spreadsheet column that contains the email addresses and then bulk register the contents as followers of the event.

Armed with the list of email addresses you can attract more visitors to your event and increase sales significantly.
